Delivery Information

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, the shipping cost for your particular order can be seen in the shopping cart.

Free delivery when offered is available to UK mainland addresses with the exception of the following postal codes:

BT, AB37, AB38, AB44, AB45, AB53-AB56, CA18-CA27, HS1-HS9, IM, IV14-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40-IV56, IV7, IV9, IV10-IV12, KA27, KA28, KW, LA15-LA23, PA20-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49, PH50, TR21-TR25, ZE

If you order by 3pm (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays, excluding Fedex), we will aim to dispatch your order the same day. (This may not be the case for system builds, please ask if you are not sure)

For UK deliveries we ship using a choice of UPS, DPD , Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery and Special Delivery (where appropriate - Some services have value and weight limitations).

For shipping to Northern Ireland, we also offer UPS and Royal Mail standard parcels service.

Deliveries to the rest of the world are shipped using a choice of FedEx, DPD and Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed For (where appropriate - Some services have value and weight limitations).

Please note that for all exports to non-EU countries the customer is liable for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred as well as the costs of returning the goods to us.

All other non-UK addresses use courier or recorded delivery services and take between 3 to 6 days.

You may need to return a product to us for the following reasons:-

a) you are exercising your right of cancellation (see our terms and conditions) and please note that the law assumes that the goods have not been used and are in pristine condition.
b) you have ordered the incorrect item(s)
c) we have sent you the wrong item(s)
d) you need to replace the item(s) under warranty.

For cases a, b or c above you must inform us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
For ALL of the above cases you must first obtain a RMA number from us.

To return a product you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You need to fill in an RMA Request before you return any incorrectly supplied/faulty or damaged items.
Only when an RMA number is issued, and you have been sent the return address by our Returns Department can you then return the goods to us.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

To obtain an RMA number login to the website, view your order history, view the order for which you wish to return something. Click the Return Items button and fill in the request.

Once processed by our Returns Team you will then be supplied with the details of the full returns procedure which will include an RMA reference (this is different from your RMA request).
